An event such as ours presents a wealth of potential for advertising, marketing, brand promotion or even the publicity that goes with being known to be associated with our event. Being a non-commercial organisation such opportunities are also affordable to all budgets. Every single penny goes into the event.

We all need to benefit
 We have a superb reputation regards how we work with and treat those involved with the event, especially our sponsors. We work closely to ensure our supporters get as much from the event as the public do from the extra financial resources available.

Individual items such as print or banner advertising and trade stand pitches are fixed in cost we prefer to put together a package appropriate to the amount or services / goods in kind a company is willing to put forward.

Banner adverts
 These can vary in size and be displayed at all site venues, whether or arena barriers, crowd area entrances, car parks, event facilities or elsewhere. Banners would also be on display throughout the entire Dawlish Carnival Event, not just the airshow.

Trade Stand
We have limited space for trade stands but these are sited in busy areas. The cost is £125 for a seafront pitch and £100 for a Lawn Arena pitch on airshow day (up to 250 sq ft). £80 per day for the remainder of the week around the main arena. If you want to attend for more than one day discounts can be discussed.

Print Advertising 
We print two programmes, one for the Carnival Week and one for the airshow. Mainly Dawlish residents and visitors  staying all week buy the carnival programmes. The airshow programme is more specific to that event and contains less advertising than it’s partner. Circulation of the 64-page carnival programme is around 3,000. The 10-page airshow programme has a 1,500 print circulation. All programmes are full colour and A5 in size.

Event Sponsorship
An alternative or addition to advertising is event sponsorship. By sponsoring an event it is named after your event such as “The Red Arrows sponsored by F B Holdings” or the “F B Holdings Raft Race”. The sponsorship amount for events varies and, and programme released to the press you are given a free banner (size depending on amount sponsored). Named airshow act sponsorship starts £500 where as carnival event sponsorship starts at £60, details can be found on our website. All event sponsors are credited in the appropriate programmes.

Location Sponsorship
For £1000 you can have named sponsorship of the Main Arena, Bandstand or Marquee venues. Your company logo will appear on all site maps, on our website and on location name banners.
