Each sponsor has different needs and have different priorities regarding sponsoring events or marketing their business. Our philosophy is not to set in stone a price for a set package. We work with our sponsors to see what is best for them. By working together we find that both the event and the sponsor get the most from their involvement.

Below we list some examples of packages used by previous sponsors

  •  Named exclusive sponsor of either a major airshow display act or named (non exclusive) sponsor of the Dawlish Carnival Airshow itself

  • “Dawlish Carnival Airshow in association with X”. Used in all press publicity, programmes (circa 4,500 total), website, banner advertising and PA announcements during the 8-day Carnival event.

  • A 2-A5 page advert in the airshow programme (circa 1,500). One page in the 48 A5 page, full colour Main programme.

  • Logo on all event signage.

  • Own page on the event website, as designed by yourselves, www.dawlishcarnival.co.uk

  • Dedicated press release to regional newspapers, radio and television stations.

  • Company logo on all programmes, flyers and the main event banner (5 metres x 1m) on display in the town throughout July and August.

  • 4 x 60cm x 180cm banners and association recognised on event banner on displayed in Dawlish for 6 weeks

  • Free Trade pitch spot for 2 days 

  • Free Airshow Park and Ride for any of your employees who intend to visit.

  • 10 tickets to the Aircrew / VIP hospitality area

  • Logo to appear on all event publicity (flyers / programmes / posters / press adverts)

  • Picture Link on www.dawlishcarnival.co.uk homepage                             

  • 4 x 60cm x 180cm banners displayed across the various sites on Carnival Day with two of these in the Lawn Arena for the remainder of Carnival Week.     

  • Free full A5 colour advert in the airshow programme.

  • Free Trade pitch for up to 2 days

  • Free Event Park and Ride for employees

  • 6 tickets to the Aircrew / VIP hospitality area
